Our Program
Sunnyside Montessori Daycare (Ages 3–5)
This center is dedicated to the development of preschool-aged children, with a strong emphasis on the Montessori curriculum. Through hands-on, child-led learning experiences, we foster independence, creativity, concentration, and social responsibility. Our classroom environments are carefully prepared to encourage exploration across areas such as language, math, practical life, and sensorial learning. The program is thoughtfully aligned with Kindergarten readiness standards, ensuring a smooth and confident transition to elementary education.

Sunnyside Montessori Infant & Toddler Center (Ages 0–3)
Our Infant & Toddler Center offers a nurturing, responsive environment for babies and toddlers to explore and grow. With an emphasis on early language, movement, and emotional development, we support each child’s natural rhythm and individual learning path in their first years of life.

Teacher-Student Ratio
At our center, we maintain different teacher-student ratios for our two programs to ensure that every child receives the appropriate level of care and attention.
Preschool Program:
We follow a ratio of 1:8 for our preschool program. To provide additional support during the busier morning hours, we schedule an extra teacher to assist in the classroom. This allows us to give more individualized guidance and maintain a calm, engaging environment for all children.
Infant & Toddler Center:
For our Infant & Toddler program, we adhere to a ratio of 1:4. Each group is cared for by a certified Infant Toddler Educator alongside an ECE (Early Childhood Educator). This ensures that our youngest learners receive responsive, developmentally appropriate care in a safe and nurturing setting.
